对西门子PLC的软件冗余和硬件冗余控制系统的构成和实现方法进行了分析,并对它们的优缺点做了对比;为某冶炼厂铜熔炼炉控制系统设计了基于西门子最新推出的S7-412-5H的新型分布式硬件冗余系统,该系统运行结果表明主站与从站实现了无扰动切换,满足了冶炼厂铜熔炼炉系统的安全运行要求,实现了铜熔炼炉的冗余控制。
對西門子PLC的軟件冗餘和硬件冗餘控製繫統的構成和實現方法進行瞭分析,併對它們的優缺點做瞭對比;為某冶煉廠銅鎔煉爐控製繫統設計瞭基于西門子最新推齣的S7-412-5H的新型分佈式硬件冗餘繫統,該繫統運行結果錶明主站與從站實現瞭無擾動切換,滿足瞭冶煉廠銅鎔煉爐繫統的安全運行要求,實現瞭銅鎔煉爐的冗餘控製。

PLC redundancy control system consists of hardware redundancy and software redundancy,in this paper,hardware redundancy and software redundancy are introduced and their specialties are compared. Latest Siemens S7-412-5H with new distributed hardware redundant system is designed for control system of copper smelting furnace of a smelting plant. The running results show that the control system achieves bumpless switchover from the master station to slave station redundant,which meets the requirements of safe operation of the copper smelting furnace system,realizes the copper melting furnace redundant control.
