当前的高职院校学生是Y时代人,学生个性突出,缺乏自我管理能力,学习态度不端正,英语水平总体偏低。职教英语教师应该了解当代学生的特点,选择合适的方式与学生沟通,掌握扎实的专业知识,充分认识学生的学习阶段,才能实现有效的教与学。
噹前的高職院校學生是Y時代人,學生箇性突齣,缺乏自我管理能力,學習態度不耑正,英語水平總體偏低。職教英語教師應該瞭解噹代學生的特點,選擇閤適的方式與學生溝通,掌握扎實的專業知識,充分認識學生的學習階段,纔能實現有效的教與學。

At present, the students in higher vocational colleges are so called Y-era people, they are with outstanding personality and unsuitable learning attitude, lack of self-management ability, their English level is totally low. So the English teachers in higher vocational colleges should understand the characteristics of contemporary students, choose the appropriate way to communicate with students, master solid and professional knowledge, fully understand students' learning stage in order to achieve effective teaching and learning.
