目的：观察消瘀定痛散外敷配合封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例桡骨茎突狭窄性狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组采用消瘀定痛散外敷配合封闭，对照组采用封闭治疗，比较两组近期和远期疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率和远期随访复发率分别为98．2％和1．9％，对照组分别为65．7％和36．9％，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论：消瘀定痛散外敷配合改良鞘管内封闭是一种治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的有效方法。

목적：관찰소어정통산외부배합봉폐치료뇨골경돌협착성건초염적림상료효。방법：장120례뇨골경돌협착성협착성건초염환자수궤분위치료조60례화대조조60례。치료조채용소어정통산외부배합봉폐，대조조채용봉폐치료，비교량조근기화원기료효。결과：치료조치유솔화원기수방복발솔분별위98．2％화1．9％，대조조분별위65．7％화36．9％，량조비교차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론：소어정통산외부배합개량초관내봉폐시일충치료뇨골경돌협착성건초염적유효방법。
Objective :To observe the external application eliminate bruising and stabilization of pain treatment with clinical efficacy enclosed narrow radial styloid tenosynovitis .Methods:120 patients with stenosis of the radial styloid tenosynovitis stenosis patients were randomly divided into a treat-ment group of 60 patients and a control group of 60 patients .The external application eliminate bruising and stabilization of pain treatment group closed with external application ,the control group with closed treatment ,short -term and long -term effects were compared .Results:The cure and long -term follow -up recurrence rates were 98 .2% and 1 .9% in the control group were 65 .7% and 36 .9% ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .01) .Conclusion:The external application eliminate bruising and stabilization of pain improved external application within the sheath closed with an effective way to narrow radial styloid tenosynovitis of a treatment .
