目的：了解安宁市健康人群麻疹免疫抗体水平，为科学评价安宁市麻疹疫苗接种工作与质量，为控制我市麻疹疫情提供依据。方法：分别于2012年9月与2013年6月在我市健康人群中开展麻疹抗体水平调查，按照不同的年龄分组分别作统计，并进行比较分析。结果：2012年监测健康人群麻疹抗体水平阳性率为98．1％，2013年麻疹抗体水平阳性率为99．2％。结论：安宁市健康人群麻疹抗体水平普遍较高，特别是2岁-14岁已形成了较好的免疫屏障，但成人有大量易感人群。建议重视成人麻疹防控工作，建立成人免疫规划体系，早日实现消除麻疹工作目标。

목적：료해안저시건강인군마진면역항체수평，위과학평개안저시마진역묘접충공작여질량，위공제아시마진역정제공의거。방법：분별우2012년9월여2013년6월재아시건강인군중개전마진항체수평조사，안조불동적년령분조분별작통계，병진행비교분석。결과：2012년감측건강인군마진항체수평양성솔위98．1％，2013년마진항체수평양성솔위99．2％。결론：안저시건강인군마진항체수평보편교고，특별시2세-14세이형성료교호적면역병장，단성인유대량역감인군。건의중시성인마진방공공작，건립성인면역규화체계，조일실현소제마진공작목표。
Objective :To analyse the the monitoring situation about healthy crowd measles antibody level in 2012 -2013 of Anning Municipality . Methods :Compared and analysed respectively about the two measles antibody level investigation of our city which were carried out in August 2012 and August 2013 ,according to the statistics of different age group respectively .Results:The positive rate of measles antibody level was 98 .1% in 2012 ,and the protection level of antibody population rate was 14 .2% ,the measles vaccination rate was 97 .3% ;The positive rate of measles antibody level was 99 .2% in 2013 ,and the protection level of antibody population rate was 10 .3% ,the measles vaccination rate was 91 .5% .Conclusion:Measles epidemic prevention in the future work should make less than 8 months age and more than 15 years old ,especially the adult population as work difficult point ;we suggest actively build neonatal and adult immune planning system ,and to improve the level of the prevention and control of measles outbreaks .
