基于产品变型设计的基本理论,在三维设计软件Solidworks平台上研究并实现了电连接器的产品配置系统设计。该系统能够在用户界面上选择电连接器的连接形式、接触形式、接触参数和附件形式后,在Solidworks环境中快速生成电连接器的三维装配模型,并导出电连接器的产品数据表。
基于產品變型設計的基本理論,在三維設計軟件Solidworks平檯上研究併實現瞭電連接器的產品配置繫統設計。該繫統能夠在用戶界麵上選擇電連接器的連接形式、接觸形式、接觸參數和附件形式後,在Solidworks環境中快速生成電連接器的三維裝配模型,併導齣電連接器的產品數據錶。

This paper presents a product configuration system of electrical connector which is based on the theo-ry of variant design and on the platform of a 3D software named Solidworks. This configuration system enables the engineers to choose the contact form, contact parameters and attachments from the user interface. And then, a 3D assembly model could be generated in the Solidworks, and the bill of material could also be exported for management.
