为了使炒菜机更进一步智能化,针对目前市场上炒菜机炒菜过程中翻炒菜效果不好的问题,在进行大量实验验证的基础上,提出炒菜机运用颠锅机构来翻炒菜的方法。实验证明,该炒菜机颠锅机构能够翻炒各种菜肴,不会出现菜肴搅烂的问题;翻炒菜时能够保证菜肴受热均匀进而保证菜肴的品质。该方法能为智能化炒菜机的设计提供具有实用价值的理论依据。
為瞭使炒菜機更進一步智能化,針對目前市場上炒菜機炒菜過程中翻炒菜效果不好的問題,在進行大量實驗驗證的基礎上,提齣炒菜機運用顛鍋機構來翻炒菜的方法。實驗證明,該炒菜機顛鍋機構能夠翻炒各種菜餚,不會齣現菜餚攪爛的問題;翻炒菜時能夠保證菜餚受熱均勻進而保證菜餚的品質。該方法能為智能化炒菜機的設計提供具有實用價值的理論依據。

At present, there appear a number of problems about stirring frying food when it is cooked. In order to make cooking machines more intelligent,the authors of this paper put forward the method of using bumpy pot mechanism to stir frying food based on lots of experiments. The experiments show that bumpy pot mechanism will not make dishes mashed. Besides, it can ensure that the dishes are heated evenly. The bumpy pot mecha-nism can stir all kinds of frying dishes, and at the same time, ensure the quality of dishes. This method can pro-vide a theoretical basis for the practical design of intelligent cooking machine.
