根据某系列机床主轴轴承装配中钢球装入保持架工序的要求,结合其工序内容及操作特点,提出了设计钢球自动压装机以实现该工序的自动化。实践证明该设计方案在提升轴承制造水平、实现高效优质生产及提高企业经济效益等方面具备优势。
根據某繫列機床主軸軸承裝配中鋼毬裝入保持架工序的要求,結閤其工序內容及操作特點,提齣瞭設計鋼毬自動壓裝機以實現該工序的自動化。實踐證明該設計方案在提升軸承製造水平、實現高效優質生產及提高企業經濟效益等方麵具備優勢。

According to the process requirements for the steel ball and retainer assembly in a series of machine tool spindle bearing, combined with the process content and operating characteristics, this paper puts forward the design of steel ball automatic pressing machine to realize the automation of the process. The practical result has proved that the design scheme can enhance the bearing manufacturing level, and that it has the advantage of achieving high efficiency and high quality production and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
