针对苯氯化连串汽液反应精馏过程的动态特性,在研究最佳反应精馏集成结构参数与操作参数的基础上,采用相对稳态增益矩阵方法进行多回路控制系统被控变量与操作变量的合理配对,并分别设计了3种不同的控制方案( CS1~CS3)。对比分析了这3种控制方案在不同进料流率和成分扰动条件下的系统鲁棒性。模拟结果表明,采用灵敏板温度调节进料比值控制与再沸器加热量控制塔釜质量成分的配对结构模式(即CS3控制模式),闭环系统能获得较好的动态响应性能和鲁棒性。

In accordance with the features of the consecutive vapor-liquid reactive distillation process for benzene chloride, on the basis of researching the distillation integrated structural parameters and manipulated parameters that established by economical steady-state optimum design, reasonably pairing of the controlled variables and manipulated variables for multiple loop control system is conducted by adopting relative steady-state gain array method, and three different control schemes ( CS1 ~CS3 ) are designed respectively. The robustness of these three types of control schemes under different feeding flow rate and composition disturbance are analyzed and compared. The result of simulation indicates that by using the pairing structure mode, i. e. , CS3 control scheme, in which the feed ratio control is adjusted by the temperature of sensitive plate, and the quality of tower reactor is controlled by the heating value of reboiler, the closed loop system can reach better dynamic response performance and robustness.
