Ab ts ract:Since ancient times ,the Xujiang river basin has witnessed the flourishing literary spirit and countless celebrities .Hundreds of famous Qi Huang Qiao Chu( top talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine ) have formed a medical group towering over the Mmedical pro-fession.The Xujiang Culture ,consisting of discarding the old and establishing the new ,love and humanity ,learned and refined quality and moral enlightenment ,has solidified into the soul of the Xujiang medicine .Adhering to the concepts of "To be a good premier , oth-erwise to be a good doctor"and "love people and benefit the age", the Xujiang medicine profoundly studies the medicine , takes the best, does meticulous research, is good at utilizing the thinking methods of "following rules, following evidence, following sickness", and enables the syndrome differentiation and treatment theory to be further developed in various clinical practice .The Xujiang medi-cine,not imitating the old ways, specialized but with no impartiality,making innovation on the basis of heritage ,has spread influence both at home and abroad .
