目的:探讨关节腔内注射氨基葡萄糖治疗兔颞下颌关节(TMJ)骨关节炎(OA)的效果。方法6只新西兰大白兔采用双侧关节上腔注射Ⅱ型胶原蛋白酶(3 mg,第1天、第4天)的方法建立TMJ OA动物模型。第6周于右侧(实验组)TMJ关节上腔注射氨基葡萄糖溶液0.5 mL(每周1次,注射5周),左侧(对照组)注射等量生理盐水。关节腔注射后11周处死动物,解剖TMJ进行组织学评分。结果所有关节均表现出OA的病理改变,但实验组病损明显较对照组轻。实验组评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论关节腔内注射氨基葡萄糖能显著缓解兔TMJ OA。

목적:탐토관절강내주사안기포도당치료토섭하합관절(TMJ)골관절염(OA)적효과。방법6지신서란대백토채용쌍측관절상강주사Ⅱ형효원단백매(3 mg,제1천、제4천)적방법건립TMJ OA동물모형。제6주우우측(실험조)TMJ관절상강주사안기포도당용액0.5 mL(매주1차,주사5주),좌측(대조조)주사등량생리염수。관절강주사후11주처사동물,해부TMJ진행조직학평분。결과소유관절균표현출OA적병리개변,단실험조병손명현교대조조경。실험조평분현저저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의。결론관절강내주사안기포도당능현저완해토TMJ OA。
Objective This study aims to investigate the effect of glucosamine intra-articular injection in temporomandi- bular joint(TMJ) osteoarthritis(OA) treatment of rabbits. Methods Intra-articular injection of type Ⅱ collagenase was performed bilaterally in six rabbits to induce OA(3 mg each on Days 1 and 4). On Week 6, the right joint(experimental group) was injected with glucosamine(once a week for 5 weeks), and the left joint(control group) was injected with physiological saline. On Week 11, six rabbits were sacrificed, and the TMJs were dissected for histological comparison. Results All joints showed osteoarthritic-like change, but the degree in the experimental group was significantly less severe than that in the control group. Moreover, the scale of the experiment group was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion Intra-articular injection of glucosamine can significantly relieve TMJ OA in rabbits.
