陶瓷压强传感器的输出不仅与外加的压强有关,还与传感器本身的温度有关。温度使惠斯通电桥的桥臂电阻发生变化,由于桥臂电阻与陶瓷片烧结粘合在一起,当陶瓷片受压形变时产生电阻的应变,造成电桥输出电压的变化;当烧结粘合在一起的桥臂电阻和陶瓷片随本身的温度发生变化也会使电桥输出电压发生变化。本文对实验进行了定量地测量,得出了温度对电桥输出电压的影响,建立了修正的数学模型。
陶瓷壓彊傳感器的輸齣不僅與外加的壓彊有關,還與傳感器本身的溫度有關。溫度使惠斯通電橋的橋臂電阻髮生變化,由于橋臂電阻與陶瓷片燒結粘閤在一起,噹陶瓷片受壓形變時產生電阻的應變,造成電橋輸齣電壓的變化;噹燒結粘閤在一起的橋臂電阻和陶瓷片隨本身的溫度髮生變化也會使電橋輸齣電壓髮生變化。本文對實驗進行瞭定量地測量,得齣瞭溫度對電橋輸齣電壓的影響,建立瞭脩正的數學模型。

T he output of ceramic pressure sensor is related not only to the additional pressure ,but also to the temperature of the sensor itself .The drift of the temperature of Wheatstone bridge will change the resistance of the bridge arm resistors .Because the ceramic chip and bridge arm resistor are sintered and glued together ,the output voltage of the bridge will be affected by the temperature of the bridge and the compression of ceramic chip ,the later will lead to strain in the arm resistor .There-fore ,how to quantitatively measure and obtain the influence of temperature on the bridge output volt-age to establish a mathematical model of correction was discussed in this article .
