When using spring dynomometer to measure the pulling force needed to maintain a steady-speed ascending of a weight ,the spring dynomometer should moving at a constant speed .In order to overcome this difficulty ,a hand generator was used in the experiment ,and the corresponding circuit was designed .This paper detailed the improved method and the experimental effect .
