本试验研究日粮中添加不同浓度的中草药饲料添加剂对合作猪断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响。选用24头35日龄断奶、体重（2.35±0.24）kg的杜×大×长仔猪，随机分成3组，每组2个重复，每个重复4头仔猪。试验日粮分别为：基础日粮；基础日粮+0.3%中草药饲料添加剂；基础日粮+0.4%中草药饲料添加剂。在仔猪断奶后第7 d和第14 d分别称重和屠宰取样。结果表明：从仔猪断奶后全期1~14 d来看，与对照组相比，两个试验组平均日增重均有所提高，而料肉比和腹泻率都有所降低。仔猪断奶后第7 d，与对照组A组相比，试验B组和试验C组的空肠后段总蛋白酶活性、回肠淀粉酶活性和空肠后段脂肪酶活性均有不同程度的的提高，差异均显著（P<0.05）。说明添加不同浓度的中草药饲料添加剂对合作猪断奶仔猪后段肠道酶活性有不同程度的影响。
본시험연구일량중첨가불동농도적중초약사료첨가제대합작저단내자저생장성능화장도소화매활성적영향。선용24두35일령단내、체중（2.35±0.24）kg적두×대×장자저，수궤분성3조，매조2개중복，매개중복4두자저。시험일량분별위：기출일량；기출일량+0.3%중초약사료첨가제；기출일량+0.4%중초약사료첨가제。재자저단내후제7 d화제14 d분별칭중화도재취양。결과표명：종자저단내후전기1~14 d래간，여대조조상비，량개시험조평균일증중균유소제고，이료육비화복사솔도유소강저。자저단내후제7 d，여대조조A조상비，시험B조화시험C조적공장후단총단백매활성、회장정분매활성화공장후단지방매활성균유불동정도적적제고，차이균현저（P<0.05）。설명첨가불동농도적중초약사료첨가제대합작저단내자저후단장도매활성유불동정도적영향。
This test is to study the influences on weaning wild piglets' growing performance and intestinal digestive enzyme by adding Chinese herbal feed additive with different density onto their daily food.By choosing twenty four weaning wild piglets after thirty five days of birth date,with each weighs(2.35±0.24)kg,and to sort them into three groups.Each group should include 2 repetitions and every repetition with four weaning wild piglets.The test daily food :basic diet,with respectively 0.3% and 0.4% Chinese herbal feed additive.To weigh all of them and also accomplish slaughter sampling separately after seven and fourteen days.The result proves that after one to fourteen days for the weaning wild piglets ,compared with the matched group , the weight of two test groups is more improved on average,as well the fodder meat and diarrhea rate shrinks.In the seventh day for weaning wild piglets,compared with matched group A,the test group B and C presented that in the jejunum part,the total protease activity ,ileum amylase activity and the lipase activity increases with different degrees,and significant differences are observed(P<0.05). It shows that different concentration of Chinese herbal feed additive has different influences on weaned wild piglets.
