配送中心的合理选址能够适应生产力在一定地域内的合理布局，有效满足区域内及区域间的物品流动，进而降低货物运输成本，对物流系统日后的发展和扩充具有重要意义。首先运用重心法确定配送中心的位置，在此基础上结合AHP确定备选地址的最优选址方案。在上述理论和研究的基础上，针对安徽某集团白酒配送中心选址决策问题，运用基于重心法和AHP的配送中心选址模型提出了行之有效最优选址方案。

A good location of distribution center can adapt to the pattern of productive forces in certain regions, meet the flow of goods in or between different areas, reduce the transportation costs and expenses, and has a big influence on the future expansion and development of logistics system. Center-of-gravity method was firstly used to determine the locations of a distribution center, and then AHP was adopted to pick up the optimal location from the candidate ones. Based on the theories and research above, center-of-gravity method and AHP were employed to decide the location of liquor distribution center of certain Anhui-based group, which verified the practicality of this method.
