目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤的手术治疗效果。方法对山东省新泰市新矿集团中心医院80例重型颅脑损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中采用手术治疗的患者52例，非手术治疗的患者28例。结果经过临床诊断与治疗，采用手术治疗的52例患者出院时恢复良好38例（69.23％），伤残8例（15.38％），植物人4例（7.69%），死亡2例（3.85％）；非手术治疗的28例患者，出院时恢复良好12例（42.86％），伤残8例（28.57％），植物人6例（21.43%），死亡2例（7.14％）。重型颅脑损伤患者采用不同手术方法治疗的效果存在较大差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于重型颅脑损伤患者而言，采用手术治疗的临床疗效明显优于非手术治疗，通过手术治疗能够及时将患者颅内血肿进行清除，提升治疗效果，值得进行临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss surgical treatment of severe head injury. Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were analyzed retrospectively, including the surgical treatment of 52 cases patients, 28 patients with non-surgical treatment. Results After the clinical diagnosis and treatment, the surgical treatment of 52 patients recovered well during discharge 38 cases (69.23%), disable 8 cases (15.38%), vegetative state in 4 cases (7.69%), 2 cases died (3.85%). Non-surgical treatment of 28 patients, 12 cases recovered well during discharge (42.86%), disable 8 cases (28.57%), vegetative 6 cases (21.43%), 2 cases died (7.14%). Patients with severe head injury treated by different surgical methods exist bigger difference, the effect of statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe head injury, adopt non-operative treatment, is obviously better than the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment of patients with intracranial hematoma by surgical treatment in a timely manner to clean, improve the treatment effect, is worth for clinical application.
