以含砷金尾矿样品作为浸矿微生物生长的能源物质,利用富集培养方法从江西银山铜矿尾矿矿坑酸性废水中分离得到一株砷抗性细菌 AS-1,该菌株革兰氏染色阴性,其最适生长温度在35℃~40℃之间,最适生长 pH 1.0~2.0。16S rDNA系统发育分析表明,该菌与嗜铁钩端螺旋菌(Leptospirillumferriphilum)的相似度达99%,属于同一类群。浸矿试验结果显示,试验组分离菌AS-1脱砷率达到61.2%,对照组砷元素含量浸矿前后无显著差异,表明分离的 AS-1浸矿菌具有较强的脱砷能力。

From an acidic wastewater of copper tailing mine in Jiangxi Yinshan,an arsenic resistant bacteri-um designated AS-1 was isolated after enrichment in arsenic containing gold tailing medium.It is a Gram negative bacterium.The optimum growth temperature of the strain is 35 ℃-40 ℃,and the optimum pH is 1.0-2.0.Based on the results of the 16S ribosomal DNA analysis of the isolated AS-1,we found that it ex-hibited a maximum similarity of 9 9 % with the Leptospirillum ferriphilum.Leaching test results showed that,the arsenic removal rate of test treatment group including with AS-1 reached up to 6 1 .2%,but the ar-senic content of control group had no significant difference before and after leaching.Our results show that the isolated AS-1 had strong arsenic removal activity.
