本文以广西润瑞森木业有限公司为例，首先介绍了公司驻址区位条件、生产区概况以及旋切单板加工经营情况；其次，分析存在的主要问题，并提出公司应对策略；最后，本文认为在桉木旋切单板高产经营中，不但需要选择优越的厂址区位、优质的场地、合理的总平面布置、大型高效的设备及良好的经营管理机制，而且产品定位是关键，走高端产品经营、高值化深加工是必由之路。

This paper focused on Guangxi Runruisen Timber Industry Co., Ltd. It introduced the conditions and production profiles of the company's operational location. It then considered challenges faced by management for the production of rotary cut eucalypt veneer. The main problems encountered in operational production of rotary cut eucalypt veneer were then analyzed with subsequent formulation of strategies for the company to address these problems. Finally, in the operational management of rotary cut eucalypt veneer production, the authors conclude thought that it needs superior location, high-quality space, reasonable general layout, high efficiency machines, good management systems and product positioning. So, high-end products and further processing should be the way for future successful development of the company.
