Complex electromagnetic environment is the primary characteristic of modern battlefield , and it affects the tactical performance of electronic information equipment more and more ,so devel-oping the weapon equipment test under the complex electromagnetic environment is imperative un-der the situation .The article analyzes and constructs the evaluation index system of test electro-magnetic environment from the aspect of special complexity of electromagnetic environment ,con-firms the weight of evaluation index by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ,sets up the com-partmentalization standard of test electromagnetic environment complexity grade ,w hich establishes the base for constructing test electromagnetic environment scientifically .
