为解决车辆在行车途中、郊外或条件艰苦地区需要充气的问题,本研究运用传统设计与 CAD相结合的方法,设计了一款高压充气筒,筒体材料用碳素钢 Q235-A.F,筒高为300 mm,筒壁厚3 mm,拉杆长度为165 mm,螺旋压缩弹簧外径17.6 mm,内径8.0 mm,工作圈数为28圈,并运用Pro/E软件建立了充气筒模型.

To solve the vehicle needs of the equipment such as in the traffic on the way,on the road out-side or harsh conditions area,a high-pressure inflator was designed by the method of traditional design combined with CAD.The inflator material used carbon steel Q235 A.F,height of the inflator was 300 mm, the wall thickness was 3 mm,rod lenght was 1 65 mm,spring diameter was 17.6 mm,inside diameter was 8.0 mm,number of turns was 28,and established the model of Inflator pump using Pro/E.
