3D打印技术是指通过连续的物理层叠加,逐层增加材料来生成三维实体的技术,它综合了数字建模技术、机电控制技术、信息技术、材料科学与化学等诸多方面的前沿技术,具有很高的科技含量。遗传性骨病是一大类涉及骨骼畸形、个头矮小、多器官多系统受损的遗传性疾病,危害十分严重,治疗难度很大。3D打印技术近年来在生物医学领域特别是骨骼造型、骨病治疗方面都取得了诸多新进展。文章重点围绕3D打印技术在遗传性骨病治疗的应用作一综述,并对未来的发展趋势作一展望。

Three-dimensional (3D) printing technology produces 3D substances by overlying physical layers contiguously and increasing materials layer-by-layer. It combines digital modeling technology, mechatronic control technology, information technology, materials science, chemistry and many other aspects of cutting-edge technology. Therefore, it has high technological content. Hereditary osteopathy is a category of hereditary diseases that involves skeletal deformities, short stature, multi-organ and multi-system damage, with high harmfulness as well as high therapeutic difficulty. For the past few years, 3D printing technology has made great new progresses in biomedical field, especially in respects of bone modeling and osteopathy treatment. In this paper, we reviewed the application and outlook of 3D printing technology in the treatment of hereditary osteopathy.
