目的:探讨14-3-3σ对鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的信号通路的影响。方法通过反相蛋白质阵列检测14-3-3σ转染鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞前后特定蛋白质表达量的变化。结果10种蛋白的表达量在14-3-3σ转染CNE-2细胞的前后发生了大于15%的变化,分别是Akt与pAkt(S473),mTOR与pmTOR,ERK2,p-p38,pSTAT3(Y705)与pSTAT3(S727)及Rb与p-Rb。结论14-3-3σ在鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞中所起的作用可涉及4条信号通路,分别是Akt通路、MAPK通路、JAK-STAT通路及Rb-E2f通路。

목적:탐토14-3-3σ대비인암CNE-2세포적신호통로적영향。방법통과반상단백질진렬검측14-3-3σ전염비인암CNE-2세포전후특정단백질표체량적변화。결과10충단백적표체량재14-3-3σ전염CNE-2세포적전후발생료대우15%적변화,분별시Akt여pAkt(S473),mTOR여pmTOR,ERK2,p-p38,pSTAT3(Y705)여pSTAT3(S727)급Rb여p-Rb。결론14-3-3σ재비인암CNE-2세포중소기적작용가섭급4조신호통로,분별시Akt통로、MAPK통로、JAK-STAT통로급Rb-E2f통로。
Objective The aim of the research is to clarify the impact of 14-3-3σ on signaling pathway of CNE-2 cell. Methods Reverse phase protein array (RPPA) is used to detect the changes of specific protein after 14-3-3σtransfected into CNE-2 cell. Results Ten kinds of proteins are found to have significant changes exceeding 15%, including Akt, pAkt (S473), mTOR, pmTOR, ERK2, p-p38, pSTAT3 (Y705), pSTAT3 (S727), Rb and p-Rb. Conclusion Four signaling pathway may be involved in the effect of 14-3-3σon CNE-2 cell, including Akt signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, JAK-STAT signaling pathway and Rb-E2f signaling pathway.
