采用Na2 SiO3作碱激发剂提高加气混凝土中粉煤灰的活性,比较激发前后加气混凝土物理性能的变化。通过XRD和SEM方法研究水化产物的物相组成和显微形貌。结果表明:Na2 SiO3能够显著提高加气混凝土的抗压强度;激发后,粉煤灰加气混凝土物相中可见较多托贝莫来石,水化产物均匀分布相互胶结,形成更为致密结构。
採用Na2 SiO3作堿激髮劑提高加氣混凝土中粉煤灰的活性,比較激髮前後加氣混凝土物理性能的變化。通過XRD和SEM方法研究水化產物的物相組成和顯微形貌。結果錶明:Na2 SiO3能夠顯著提高加氣混凝土的抗壓彊度;激髮後,粉煤灰加氣混凝土物相中可見較多託貝莫來石,水化產物均勻分佈相互膠結,形成更為緻密結構。

The Na2 SiO3 as alkali-activator was added to improve the activity of fly ash in aerated concrete paste, and to compare with the physical property change of aerated concrete before and after activation. Phase composition and microstructure morphology of hydration products were also studied by XRD and SEM methods. The results show that the Na2 SiO3 can significantly improve the compressive strength of aerated concrete. After alkali activated effect, more tobermorite can be observed in fly ash aerated concrete hydration products. These products cross each other, form-ing a more compact structure.
