针对吉林某低品位硅藻土矿的矿物组成进行了选矿提纯试验研究。结果表明,该矿主要由蛋白石及其变种以及少量石英、长石、高岭石等杂质矿物组成;通过条件试验确定了擦洗和酸浸的最佳试验条件,采用擦洗-沉降分级-酸浸流程获得了含SiO282.45%、Fe2O30.72%的硅藻土精矿。
針對吉林某低品位硅藻土礦的礦物組成進行瞭選礦提純試驗研究。結果錶明,該礦主要由蛋白石及其變種以及少量石英、長石、高嶺石等雜質礦物組成;通過條件試驗確定瞭抆洗和痠浸的最佳試驗條件,採用抆洗-沉降分級-痠浸流程穫得瞭含SiO282.45%、Fe2O30.72%的硅藻土精礦。

Experimental study on material composition and concentration of a low grade diatomite ore in Jilin shows that the ore is mainly composed of opal and its variants and a small amount of quartz, feldspar, kaolinite and other impurities mineral. The best scrub and acid leach conditions is determined by the experiments;Finally using the method of scrub-Classiifcation of settlement-acid leach process, a high quality diatomite which contents SiO2 82.45%, Fe2O3 0.72%is gained successfully.
