采用正交试验法对隐晶质石墨进行了混合酸法提纯实验研究。研究了混合酸和石墨的液固比、氢氟酸体积含量、反应温度、反应时间对隐晶质石墨固定碳含量的影响,从而确定隐晶质石墨提纯的最佳工艺参数及影响隐晶质石墨固定碳含量的主要因素。结果表明,当混合酸和石墨的液固比为3.5 mL/g,氢氟酸体积含量为30%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h时,提纯后的隐晶质石墨固定碳含量最高,为98.82%。

This article studied the puriifcation process of aphanitic graphite using the mixed acid method based on orthogonal experiment,and researched the effects of liquid-solid ratio of acid and graphite, the ratio of hydrolfuoric acid content, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the ifxed carbon contend of aphanitic graphite, thereby, the optimal process parameters of the aphanitic graphite puriifcation and the main factors inlfuencing aphanitic graphite’s ifxed carbon content can be found. The outcome shows that when the liquid-solid ratio of acid and graphite is 3.5 mL/g, the ratio of hydrolfuoric acid content is 30%, the reaction temperature is 50℃and the reaction time is 3 h, the puriifed aphanitic graphite contains the highest ifxed carbon content of 98.82%.
