对四川某地花岗岩板材加工废料中长石和石英进行浮选分离试验,探索了硫酸、十二胺和氢氟酸用量等条件试验对长石和石英浮选分离的影响。结果表明,通过“优先浮选-分离浮选”的流程试验,可获得K2O、Na2O品位分别为2.93%、7.63%,其回收率分别为31.22%、46.31%的长石精矿,并可实现长石与石英的有效分离。
對四川某地花崗巖闆材加工廢料中長石和石英進行浮選分離試驗,探索瞭硫痠、十二胺和氫氟痠用量等條件試驗對長石和石英浮選分離的影響。結果錶明,通過“優先浮選-分離浮選”的流程試驗,可穫得K2O、Na2O品位分彆為2.93%、7.63%,其迴收率分彆為31.22%、46.31%的長石精礦,併可實現長石與石英的有效分離。

Through the research on the separation of feldspar and quartz in the processing waste of granite, the effect of the sulfuric acid, the dodecylamine, and the hydrolfuoric acid dosage has been investigated. The research results show that through the circuit test of“preferential lfotation-seperation lfotation”, the feldspar concentrate with the grade of 7.63%and recovery of 46.31%of Na2O and the grade of 2.93%and recovery of 31.22%of K2O is obtained. It makes effective separation of feldspar and quartz.
