以铁尾矿为主要原料,粉煤灰和黏土为辅料制备烧结砖。研究了原料配比和烧成制度对烧成制品外观颜色、吸水率、抗压强度等宏观性能的影响,并结合差热-热重、XRD、SEM及相图分析,探究铁尾矿烧结砖矿物相的形成机理。结果表明,铁尾矿、粉煤灰、黏土最佳质量配比为92∶5∶3;最佳烧结制度为烧成温度1050℃,保温时间1.5~2 h;铁尾矿烧结砖的主要矿物组成为石英、赤铁矿、钙长石等。

이철미광위주요원료,분매회화점토위보료제비소결전。연구료원료배비화소성제도대소성제품외관안색、흡수솔、항압강도등굉관성능적영향,병결합차열-열중、XRD、SEM급상도분석,탐구철미광소결전광물상적형성궤리。결과표명,철미광、분매회、점토최가질량배비위92∶5∶3;최가소결제도위소성온도1050℃,보온시간1.5~2 h;철미광소결전적주요광물조성위석영、적철광、개장석등。
Using iron tailings as the main material, lfy ash and clay as the accessories, ifred bricks were prepared. The inlfuences of iron tailings content and calcined system on appearance color, water absorption and compressive strength of bricks were investigated. The phases of ifred specimen were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM and the isothermal section of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system at 1050℃. The results show that the optimum mass ratio of raw materials is 3%clay and 5%lfy ash, 92%iron tailings, the suitable calcined temperature is 1050℃for 1.5~2 h, and the main mineral phases of the ifred product are hematite, quartz, anorthite and augite, which was principally responsible for the mechanical strength of bricks.
