以天然鳞片石墨为原料,HNO3/KMnO4/HClO4为混合氧化剂,冰乙酸CH3COOH(HAc)为插层剂制备可膨胀石墨。确定其最佳反应物用量为:硝酸(mL)∶高锰酸钾(g)∶高氯酸(mL)∶冰乙酸(mL)为3∶1.7∶8∶2.5,在此条件下最大膨胀容积为510 mL/g。

Expandable graphite was prepared by natural lfake graphite, HNO3/KMnO4/HClO4 as the mixed oxidant and HAc as the intercalator. The optimum amount of the reactants were HNO3(mL)∶KMnO4(g)∶HClO4(mL)∶HAc(mL) being 3∶1.7∶8∶2.5, under this condition, maximum expansion volume was of 510 mL/g.
