采用硝酸溶液分解黄磷炉渣,以可溶性盐类分离钙、铁、铝等元素,可制备得到优质沉淀二氧化硅产品。结果表明,采用硝酸分解黄磷炉渣,浸出的最佳工艺条件为:浸出温度100℃,浸出时间5 h,液固比10∶1(mL/g),硝酸质量分数30%,搅拌速度400 r/min;原料中主要元素的浸出率分别为:Fe 94.09%,CaO 99.94%,MgO 99.89%,Al2O397.98%,F 97.07%。
採用硝痠溶液分解黃燐爐渣,以可溶性鹽類分離鈣、鐵、鋁等元素,可製備得到優質沉澱二氧化硅產品。結果錶明,採用硝痠分解黃燐爐渣,浸齣的最佳工藝條件為:浸齣溫度100℃,浸齣時間5 h,液固比10∶1(mL/g),硝痠質量分數30%,攪拌速度400 r/min;原料中主要元素的浸齣率分彆為:Fe 94.09%,CaO 99.94%,MgO 99.89%,Al2O397.98%,F 97.07%。

The precipitated silica products with high quality can be obtained by decomposing yellow phosphorus slag with nitric acid solution and separating calcium, iron, aluminum and so on elements with soluble salt. The study showed that leaching rate of main elements are Fe 94.09%, CaO 99.94%, MgO 99.89%, Al2O3 97.98%, F 97.07%respectively in the process of decomposing yellow phosphorus slag with nitric acid solution. The optimum leaching technological conditions are leaching temperature 100℃, leaching time 5 h, liquid-solid ratio 10∶1(mL/g), nitric acid concentration 30%, stirring speed 400 r/min.
