制浆造纸白泥经改性处理后,无需烘干,直接可用于蒸压灰砂砖(多孔砖)的制备,一步解决造纸白泥的改性预处理、加料、混合等关键技术问题。试验结果表明,控制造纸白泥掺量在65%以内,产品各项指标满足GB 26541-2011《蒸压粉煤灰多孔砖》的要求。该工艺简单易行,白泥消耗量大,易于推广应用,具有显著的社会和经济效益。

This paper introduces a new process of using the modiifed lime mud from paper mills to product autoclaved lfy ash brick without drying, the key technical issues step of the process, such as pretreatment of lime mud, feeding and mixing and other was solved by one step. The results show that it can reach the product standards of MU15 and MU20 in GB 26541-2011 when the dosage of modiifed lime mud is within 65%. This technique is ift for the plants with different scale, and has signiifcant social and economic beneifts.
