对以蚕丝纤维和黏胶纤维为原料制造蚕丝水刺非织造布的工艺和抗菌整理工艺进行了研究,并对该抗菌材料的力学性能、柔软性和抗菌性能进行了测试。结果表明:随着蚕丝纤维含量的增加,蚕丝水刺非织造布的力学性能和柔软性提高;用抗菌剂质量分数为0.2%~0.3%的整理剂进行整理,蚕丝水刺非织造布即具有良好的抗菌效果,对皮肤无刺激性,且未见皮肤变态反应。
對以蠶絲纖維和黏膠纖維為原料製造蠶絲水刺非織造佈的工藝和抗菌整理工藝進行瞭研究,併對該抗菌材料的力學性能、柔軟性和抗菌性能進行瞭測試。結果錶明:隨著蠶絲纖維含量的增加,蠶絲水刺非織造佈的力學性能和柔軟性提高;用抗菌劑質量分數為0.2%~0.3%的整理劑進行整理,蠶絲水刺非織造佈即具有良好的抗菌效果,對皮膚無刺激性,且未見皮膚變態反應。
대이잠사섬유화점효섬유위원료제조잠사수자비직조포적공예화항균정리공예진행료연구,병대해항균재료적역학성능、유연성화항균성능진행료측시。결과표명:수착잠사섬유함량적증가,잠사수자비직조포적역학성능화유연성제고;용항균제질량분수위0.2%~0.3%적정리제진행정리,잠사수자비직조포즉구유량호적항균효과,대피부무자격성,차미견피부변태반응。
The production process of silk and viscose fibers spunlaced nonwovens and anti-bacteria treatment technique were studied .The mechanical performance and softness as well as anti-bacteria property of the material were tested .It was indicated that the mechanical performance and softness of silk spunlaced nonwovens would be better along with the increase of silk fiber content .With 0 .2%~0 .3% anti-baterial agent applied, silk spunlaced nonwovens have excellent performance on antibacterial effect , and have no irritation and allergic reaction to the skin .
