以灌浆期全株燕麦为青贮原料,设置无添加剂对照(CK)和尿素(0.4%)、玉米粉(4%)、Syn-lac Dry(0.002 g/kg)及 Sila-Max 200(0.0025 g/kg)4个添加剂处理,捆裹青贮120 d 后取样,测定其营养指标、发酵指标和主要微生物类群数量,研究不同添加剂对燕麦青贮品质的影响。结果表明:与 CK相比,添加尿素可显著提高青贮饲料 CP 含量、添加玉米粉处理可显著提高 LA、AA 含量,但两者并不能显著改善燕麦青贮品质;Synlac Dry 和 Sila-Max 200显著改善了青贮燕麦发酵品质并有利于青贮料长期保存。各添加剂中 Sila-Max 200能够在较好保持青贮品质的同时,有利于青贮燕麦的长期保存。

The oat harvested at filling stage was used to study the effects of different additives on silage quality.The designed treatments were 1)urea (0.4%),2)corn flour (4%),3)Synlac Dry (0.002 g/kg),4)Si-la-Max (0.002 5 g/kg)and CK (no additive).After 120 days treatment,the parameters of nutrition and fermen-tation,major kinds of microbial counts were measured.The result showed that,the urea treatment significantly increased CP content,and corn flour significantly increased LA and AA contents comparing with CK.However, above mentioned 2 treatments did not significantly improve the silage quality.Synlac Dry and Sila-Max 200 sig-nificantly improved the silage quality and prolonged the storage time.In conclusion,biotic additives were better than abiotic additives,and Sila-Max 200 was the best.
