以2-丙基庚醇和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,固体超强酸树脂为催化剂,合成了邻苯二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯.通过单因素和正交试验对影响酯化率的工艺条件进行了研究,并对酯化过程中显著影响酯化率的因素进行极差和方差分析.结果表明,其优化工艺条件为:醇酐摩尔比2.9、催化剂用量0.9%、反应温度185℃、反应时间3.5 h,在此工艺条件下酯化率可达99.30%.该催化剂制备工艺简单、催化活性高、耐磨性良好,可重复使用,具有一定的推广价值.

The Di-(2-Propyl Heptyl) Phthalate was synthesized and catalyzed by solid super acid resin with 2-Propyl-1-Heptanol as raw materials. The effects on esterification yield were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal array design methods. And the notability difference was analyzed with the statistic method of range and variance. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:the ratio of alcohol to acid was 2.9, the catalyst dosage was 0.9%, the reaction temperature was 185℃and the reaction time was 3.5 h. Under the optimal conditions, the esterification yield was reached up to 99.30%. The catalyst was easily prepared and excellent in reaction activity and the wear resistance of catalyst was excellent and can be reused and it was worth to popularize in industry.
