目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术在前列腺增生中的治疗效果及其安全性。方法回顾分析我科室2008年8月~2013年3月期间收治的263例行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的患者的临床资料。结果患者手术平均时间(50±25)min,术中无大出血及输血,术后导尿管留置时间平均5d,持续膀胱冲洗时间1~3d,术后住院天数平均(6±1)d,无手术近期并发症。术后l2个月的IPSS、Qmax、QOL评分对比均较术前明显改善。结论经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生手术具有手术时间短,出血少,住院天数少,并发症少,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广应用。

목적:탐토경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술재전렬선증생중적치료효과급기안전성。방법회고분석아과실2008년8월~2013년3월기간수치적263례행경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술치료전렬선증생적환자적림상자료。결과환자수술평균시간(50±25)min,술중무대출혈급수혈,술후도뇨관류치시간평균5d,지속방광충세시간1~3d,술후주원천수평균(6±1)d,무수술근기병발증。술후l2개월적IPSS、Qmax、QOL평분대비균교술전명현개선。결론경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술치료전렬선증생수술구유수술시간단,출혈소,주원천수소,병발증소,안전성고,치득림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (PKRP) in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 263 cases of BPH patients that our department treated with transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate and electricity cut method from August 2008 to March 2013 were reviewed. Results Average time of surgery on patients was (50±25)min. There was no intraoperative bleeding and blood transfusion. Average time of postoperative catheter indwelling was 5d. Average time of continuous bladder irrigation was 1-3d. Average time of postoperative hospitalization was (6±1)d. There was no short-term surgical complication. IPSS, Qmax and QOL scores after 12 months were improved compared to preoperative scores. Conclusion Transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate for BPH has the advantages of short surgical time, less bleeding, less hospitalization time, less complications and higher safety. It is worth to be widely applied in clinical.
