目的：探讨人性化护理对2型糖尿病合并低血糖患者生存质量的影响，并总结经验体会。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年6月期间来我院诊治的146例2型糖尿病合并低血糖患者，将其平均分为观察组和对照组，各73例。对照组实施普通护理，观察组则在普通护理基础上实施人性化护理，比较两组患者的生存质量。结果观察组患者实施人性化护理后，患者的生存质量评分明显高于对照组，且患者的满意度高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人性化护理可以显著改善2型糖尿病合并低血糖患者的病情，提高患者的生存质量，值得在临床护理中推广使用。
목적：탐토인성화호리대2형당뇨병합병저혈당환자생존질량적영향，병총결경험체회。방법회고성분석2012년1월~2013년6월기간래아원진치적146례2형당뇨병합병저혈당환자，장기평균분위관찰조화대조조，각73례。대조조실시보통호리，관찰조칙재보통호리기출상실시인성화호리，비교량조환자적생존질량。결과관찰조환자실시인성화호리후，환자적생존질량평분명현고우대조조，차환자적만의도고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론인성화호리가이현저개선2형당뇨병합병저혈당환자적병정，제고환자적생존질량，치득재림상호리중추엄사용。
Objective To explore the effect of human-centered nursing care on the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetic hypoglycemia. Methods 146 patients with type 2 diabetic hypoglycemia admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group with 73 cases in each arm. Routine nursing care was given to the control group and human-centered nursing group was given to the observation group besides the routine nursing care. Then the quality of life in two groups was compared. Results The patients in observation group had significantly higher quality of life scores and satisfaction degrees than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Human-centered nursing care can significantly improve the patients with type 2 diabetic hypoglycemia and their quality of life, which should be widely used in clinical nursing.
