目的：探讨橡皮障在口腔根管治疗中的应用及其护理效果。方法对在我院自2012年6月～2013年3月接受治疗的80例口腔根管治疗患者资料进行分析，将这些患者随机分为两组，一组为实验组，另一组为对照组，每组有患者40例。对照组患者采用传统方法进行治疗，并采用传统护理方法进行护理，实验组患者采用橡皮障进行治疗，并采用临床护理模式进行护理，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及对患者护理的满意度。结果本次实验中，两组患者均根管治疗3次，实验组患者总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组患者85%；实验中实验组患者满意率达到95%，对照组患者满意率为70%，实验组明显高于对照组患者；医护人员对患者进行Nege评分实验组患者明显优于对照组患者，且两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上，将橡皮障用于口腔根管治疗中效果较好，能够有效的隔离唾液，提供一个相对无菌的环境，值得我们在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토상피장재구강근관치료중적응용급기호리효과。방법대재아원자2012년6월～2013년3월접수치료적80례구강근관치료환자자료진행분석，장저사환자수궤분위량조，일조위실험조，령일조위대조조，매조유환자40례。대조조환자채용전통방법진행치료，병채용전통호리방법진행호리，실험조환자채용상피장진행치료，병채용림상호리모식진행호리，비교량조환자적림상치료효과급대환자호리적만의도。결과본차실험중，량조환자균근관치료3차，실험조환자총유효솔위95%，명현고우대조조환자85%；실험중실험조환자만의솔체도95%，대조조환자만의솔위70%，실험조명현고우대조조환자；의호인원대환자진행Nege평분실험조환자명현우우대조조환자，차량조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론림상상，장상피장용우구강근관치료중효과교호，능구유효적격리타액，제공일개상대무균적배경，치득아문재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To discuss the application and nursing effects of rubber dam in dental root canal therapy. Methods The data of 80 patients who were admitted to our hospital and received dental canal root therapy from June 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed. The patients were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The control group was received traditional treatment and nursing, while the experimental group was received treatment of rubber dam and clinical nursing.Clinical effects and patients’satisfactory rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results In the experiment, both the two groups were received three times of root canal therapy.The total effective rate in experimental group was 95%,higher than that of 85%in control group;patients’satisfactory rate in experimental group was 95%,significantly higher than that of 70% in control group;Nege scores conducted by the medical staff to the patients showed that patients in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rubber dam in dental root canal therapy is effective clinically.The method is effective in isolating saliva and providing a relatively bacteria-free environment,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
