目的:分析并评价量化健康教育应用于高血压患者的自我护理效果。方法将本院心内科自2011年2月~2013年1月期间收治的2040例患者,按照随机数字表法,随机分为观察组与对照组,各为1020例。对照组患者给予常规的健康宣教,观察组给予健康教育计划,并实施个体量化健康宣教。对比两组患者的自我护理行为的依从性。结果观察组在测定血压、规律服药、合理运动、合理饮食、按时检查及保持体重方面的自我护理依从性均优于对照组,两组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论个体量化健康宣教能够增强高血压患者自我护理依从性,对患者的病情康复发挥积极的作用。

목적:분석병평개양화건강교육응용우고혈압환자적자아호리효과。방법장본원심내과자2011년2월~2013년1월기간수치적2040례환자,안조수궤수자표법,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,각위1020례。대조조환자급여상규적건강선교,관찰조급여건강교육계화,병실시개체양화건강선교。대비량조환자적자아호리행위적의종성。결과관찰조재측정혈압、규률복약、합리운동、합리음식、안시검사급보지체중방면적자아호리의종성균우우대조조,량조상비차이현저,구유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。결론개체양화건강선교능구증강고혈압환자자아호리의종성,대환자적병정강복발휘적겁적작용。
Objective To analyze and evaluate health education applied to quantify the self-care of patients with hypertension results. Methods Since the Cardiology Hospital from February 2011 to January 2013 period 2040 patients were treated, according to the random number table, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 1020 cases. Control group of patients given conventional health education, observation group were given health education programs, health education and implementation of individual quantified. Compared two groups of patients with self-care behaviors compliance. Results Observation group in the determination of blood pressure, regular medication, reasonable exercise, proper diet, timely inspection and weight maintenance aspects of self-care adherence than the control group(P < 0.05). Significant difference between two groups, there was statistically significant. Conclusion Quantify individual health education can enhance adherence in patients with hypertension self-care, rehabilitation of the patient's condition to play an active role.
