目的：探讨断指再植手术围手术期护理体会。方法对38例断指再植患者进行基础护理、血液循环的观察、康复训练等护理措施。结果经过综合有效地专科护理，38例离断手指再植成活35例，成活率为92.1%。结论对断指再植患者围手术期进行及时有效地综合护理是断指再植成功及功能恢复的重要因素。
목적：탐토단지재식수술위수술기호리체회。방법대38례단지재식환자진행기출호리、혈액순배적관찰、강복훈련등호리조시。결과경과종합유효지전과호리，38례리단수지재식성활35례，성활솔위92.1%。결론대단지재식환자위수술기진행급시유효지종합호리시단지재식성공급공능회복적중요인소。
Objective To discuss experiences of perioperative nursing for severed finger replantation. Methods 38 patients receiving severed finger replantation were given basic nursing care,observation of blood circulation,rehabilitation training and other nursing measures. Results After comprehensive and effective nursing care,35 out of 38 cases of severed finger replantation were successful,with success rate of 92.1%. Conclusion Prompt,comprehensive and effective perioperative nursing is an important factor for successful severed finger replantation and functional recovery.
