目的：观察艾灸神阙穴防治ICU肠内营养并发腹泻的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组60例，所有患者在积极治疗原发疾病同时，给予百普力采用持续输注的鼻饲方式进行肠内营养，试验组在肠内营养第1天开始给予神阙穴温和灸。结果在肠内营养治疗第7天时观察患者的腹泻发生率，发现试验组、对照组腹泻发生率分别为16.7%、36.7%，试验组明显低于对照组，经x2检验，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论神阙穴艾灸用于防治ICU危重患者肠内营养并发的腹泻疗效显著，且操作简便，成本低廉，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰애구신궐혈방치ICU장내영양병발복사적림상료효。방법장120례환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，매조60례，소유환자재적겁치료원발질병동시，급여백보력채용지속수주적비사방식진행장내영양，시험조재장내영양제1천개시급여신궐혈온화구。결과재장내영양치료제7천시관찰환자적복사발생솔，발현시험조、대조조복사발생솔분별위16.7%、36.7%，시험조명현저우대조조，경x2검험，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론신궐혈애구용우방치ICU위중환자장내영양병발적복사료효현저，차조작간편，성본저렴，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenque point moxibustion in curing the patients with diarrhea complicated by enteral nutrition in intensive care unite. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group,60 patients in each group.All patients in the active treatment of primary disease at the same time,were given Peptison liquid by continuous infusion nasal feeding way of enteral nutrition,the test group nutrition first day in the intestines began to give Shenque point moxibustion. Results The incidence of diarrhea was observed in patients with enteral nutrition in the treatment of seventh days, the incidence of diarrhea in experimental group and control group were 16.7%,36.7%,the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group,by x2 test, P < 0.05, the difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Shenque point moxibustion for prevention and treatment of diarrhea in patients with ICU complicated by enteral nutrition has significant effect,and simple operation,low cost,and is worthy of popularization and application.
