目的：观察应用象皮生肌膏外敷治疗老年性压疮的疗效。方法选取2006年1月～2013年1月期间在我所治疗的压疮患者52例，随机分为观察组（应用象皮生肌膏治疗）和对照组（采用硫酸庆大霉素注射液治疗），各26例。观察及比较两组患者治愈率和创面愈合时间。结果观察组患者治愈率92.3%明显高于对照组73.1%（P＜0.05）。观察组患者创面愈合时间比对照组明显缩短（P＜0.05）。结论采用象皮生肌膏治疗压疮疗效显著，患者治愈率高，明显缩短创面愈合时间。

목적：관찰응용상피생기고외부치료노년성압창적료효。방법선취2006년1월～2013년1월기간재아소치료적압창환자52례，수궤분위관찰조（응용상피생기고치료）화대조조（채용류산경대매소주사액치료），각26례。관찰급비교량조환자치유솔화창면유합시간。결과관찰조환자치유솔92.3%명현고우대조조73.1%（P＜0.05）。관찰조환자창면유합시간비대조조명현축단（P＜0.05）。결론채용상피생기고치료압창료효현저，환자치유솔고，명현축단창면유합시간。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of Xiangpishengji paste in the treatment of senile bedsore. Methods 52 patients with bedsore in our cadre sanatorium from January 2006 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 26 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with the Xiangpishengji paste therapy, while the patients in the control group were treated with gentamycin sulfate injection therapy.The cure rate and wound healing time of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of patients in the observation group was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.1%), P < 0.05. The wound healing time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiangpishengji paste in the treatment of bedsore has significant effect,high cure rate,and can significantly shorten the wound healing time.
