目的观察布地奈德治疗新生儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将200例住院新生儿毛细管患者分为对照组和治疗组各100例。其中对照组采用复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗，治疗组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。连续治疗7d为1个疗程，观察临床症状并判定其临床疗效。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音及湿啰音症状的消失时间明显短于对照组且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组的临床总有效率高达96.0%远远高于对照组74.0%，且两者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论布地奈德治疗新生儿毛细支气管炎，具有临床有效率高，起效时间快，安全性高的优点，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide on neonatal bronchiolitis of newborn. Methods 200 cases of neonatal bronchiolitis patients who were admitted into our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group,respectively 100 cases.The control group was treated with compound of ipratropium bromide inhalation therapy,the treatment group was treated with budesonide inhalation therapy. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observe the clinical symptoms and determine the clinical efficacy. Results The symptoms such as cough, hold breath,wheezing and crackles in treatment group disappeared much quickly than that in control group and (P< 0.05),there was a significant difference.Moverover the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.0% much higher than that in control group(74.0%),and they have significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide has some advantage in the treatment of neonatal bronchiolitis,such as high clinical effective,faster onset time,high security,and it has the value to be promoted in clinical treatment.
