目的:探讨手足口病患儿动态检测心肌酶谱及血常规的临床价值。方法手足口病患儿140例为观察组,健康体检儿童84例为对照组,均行外周血的血常规及心肌酶谱的检测,分析两组患儿间的临床差异性。结果观察组LYM、GRAN较对照组增高,RBC、Hb和HCT均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组CK较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),其余指标差异无统计学意义。结论手足口病早期患儿心肌酶谱及血常规尚无特征性改变,动态检测心肌酶谱及血常规对医生诊断及判断预后具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic examination in myocardial enzyme test and routine blood test in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods 140 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were selected as observation group, while 84 healthy children were selected as control group. They were all received peripheral blood routine test and myocardial enzyme test. The clinical difference between the two groups were then analyzed. Results The LYM and GRAN level in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the RBC, Hb and HCT level were lower than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The CK level in observation group was significantly higher compared to control group (P < 0.01). The other indices showed no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in early stage show no characteristic changes in myocardial enzyme test and routine blood test. Dynamic examination of myocardial enzyme test and routine blood test are of clinical value for diagnosing and estimating prognosis.
