microRNAs（miRNAs）是一种非编码的小分子RNA，调控转录后的基因表达水平。microRNA-155（miR-155）是典型的多功能miRNA，参与了多种生物学过程，包括造血、炎症、免疫和肿瘤等。消化道肿瘤是严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病，近年来研究表明miR-155与消化道肿瘤的发生发展关系密切，在肿瘤的发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后等方面有重要作用。本文就miR-155在消化道肿瘤的研究现状做一综述。

microRNAs are small non-coding RNAs which negatively regulate their target-genes expression post-transcriptionally. MiR-155 is a typical multifunctional miRNA,which paticipates in various biological processes,including hematopoiesis,inflammation,immunity and cancer.Gastrointestinal tumors are a group of diseases that serious threat to humans'life and health.In recent years,lots of evidences show that miR-155 has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal tumors,and play an important role in pathogenesis,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of the tumors.The latest research progresses in miR-155 and gastrointestinal tumors are reviewed in this paper.
