目的:建立符合中医特色的慢性疲劳综合征动物模型。方法采用中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激,建立慢性疲劳动物模型。对BALB/c小鼠应用游泳+夹尾+合笼等不同刺激,并对其一般状态和体重进行观察,通过肝糖原、血清乳酸、血清尿素氮等实验室指标检测,与游泳组进行比较。结果实验研究表明,模型组小鼠的慢性疲劳行为表现较明显;与正常组相比,模型组小鼠体重和肝糖原水平显著降低,血清乳酸和尿素氮水平显著升高。结论中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激建立的慢性疲劳动物模型,其改变更接近人的慢性疲劳的临床表现,可以作为研究慢性疲劳综合征的动物模型。

목적:건립부합중의특색적만성피로종합정동물모형。방법채용중의적형로、신로、방로등복합인소자격,건립만성피노동물모형。대BALB/c소서응용유영+협미+합롱등불동자격,병대기일반상태화체중진행관찰,통과간당원、혈청유산、혈청뇨소담등실험실지표검측,여유영조진행비교。결과실험연구표명,모형조소서적만성피로행위표현교명현;여정상조상비,모형조소서체중화간당원수평현저강저,혈청유산화뇨소담수평현저승고。결론중의적형로、신로、방로등복합인소자격건립적만성피노동물모형,기개변경접근인적만성피로적림상표현,가이작위연구만성피로종합정적동물모형。
Objective To establish the animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome which comply with Chinese medicine characteristics. Methods The animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome was established by using the Chinese medicine complex stimulative factors such as physical fatigue, spiritual fatigue and sexual fatigue. The BALB/c mice were given the swimming combined with clipping tails and putting male and female into one cage different stimulation, and were compared with the swimming group in the observation of general condition and weight, and the detection of laboratory parameters such as hepatic glycogen, serum lactate, serum urea nitrogen. Results The experimental data shows that the chronic fatigue behavior of mice in the model group was more obvious;And compared with the normal group, the body weight and hepatic glycogen levels of mice in the model group decreased significantly, serum lactate and urea nitrogen levels increased significantly. Conclusion The change of animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome, which is established by using the Chinese medicine complex stimulative factors such as physical fatigue, spiritual fatigue and sexual fatigue, is more closer to the clinical manifestations of human's chronic fatigue syndrome, and it can be the animal model for the research of chronic fatigue syndrome.
