目的探讨应用可吸收螺钉重建手指伸肌腱止点的疗效.方法本组66指伸肌腱止点断裂和撕脱伤,受伤至手术时间1～9天,平均3天,采用可吸收螺钉重建手指伸肌腱止点,手术标准是X线透视下末节指骨基底伸肌腱止点定位,小切口应用可吸收螺钉作伸肌腱-指骨稳固固定.结果本组66指均得到随访,随访时间平均9个月,术后未见肌腱再断裂,远指间关节活动正常,愈合率100％.结论应用可吸收螺钉重建手指伸肌腱止点,操作简单,疗效满意值得推广.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of absorbable screws in reconstruction of insertion of extensor tendon.Methods 66 insertions of extensor tendons ruptured with avulsion were included in this study.The interval between injuries and surgical treament was were 1 to 9 days,with an average of 3 days.Absorbable screws were used for reconstruction of extensor tendon's insertion.The standard of the procedure was to locate the basal extensor tendon's insertion of the distal phalanx and then to fix tendon-phalanges via a small incision.Results All of the 66 fingers were followed up for 9 months in average.No postoperative refracture of the tendon was found.The distal interphalangeal joints move normally,with a healing rate of 100％.Coaclusions Uses of absorbable screws in reconstruction of insertion of extensor tendon is simple and efficacious,which is worth popularizing.
