“国家大学生创新性实验计划”是“十一五”期间教育部为推动创新性人才培养工作的一项重要改革举措，是培养大学生创新意识与创造能力的创新性实验改革。文中作者近几年独立指导了本科生的创新实验项目，在指导学生实施实验计划项目的过程中，获得了一些经验，文中以云南财经大学为例，从计划行为理论的相关研究基础出发，采用文献分析、问卷调查和统计分析等研究方法，通过现有的大学生创新性实验实践活动相关研究成果，对大学生创新性实验实践活动影响因素进行实证研究，为加快高校科技创新的改革提供参考建议。

"National Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Program" is an important reform measures of the Ministry of Education during the "eleven five" to promote the cultivation of innovative talents. It is also the reform and innovation to cultivate college students' innovative consciousness and creative ability. In recent years, the author has guid ed independently innovation experiment project of college students, and has got some experience in the process. In this paper, taking yunnan university of finance and economics as an example, from the starting of planned behavior theory research, with the research methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis, from the research results of innovative practice of the existing college students, make the empirical study on influencing factors of innovative experiment, the purpose of this paper is providing references for the reform of science and technology innovation in university.
