文中首先指出研究卷烟配送优化调度问题的意义所在，分析了卷烟配送调度问题的主要内容，在此基础上对卷烟配送调度问题做出了界定。研究并构建了普遍适用的卷烟配送优化调度问题的模型。采用模拟退火算法，编制了适用于卷烟配送优化调度问题的程序，仿真计算了一个卷烟配送调度问题的实例，得到了较为满意的结果。

This thesis ascertaining the significance of study on optimized scheduling model of cigarette distribution by consulting many related documents .The author analysizing the major content of study on optimized scheduling model of cigarette distribution. Based on this analysis the scheduling issue of cigarette distribution is defined. This thesis also constructs the model and arithmetic which is applicable to the scheduling issue of cigarette distribution based on consideration of autologous characteristics. Taking the autologous characteristics of each model into consideration, here, the author adopts simulated annealing and programs this arithmetic. Based on this program the author compute an instance of the scheduling issue of cigarette distribution whose result is satisfactory .
