利用直读光谱仪测定不锈钢中各个元素,分析其不确定度,即由于误差的存在被测量值不能肯定的程度,一方面便于评定其检测结果的可靠性,另一方面增加了检测结果的可比性。笔者检测结果的不确定度主要来源包括仪器的精密度、标准物质以及工作曲线校准过程所引起的不确定度,并通过数学模型计算出各种不确定度的分量并将其合成,以此计算出测定不锈钢中各元素含量的置信范围,即K=2时,此区间包含了测定结果可能值的95%。

By using direct-reading spectrometer to measure each element in stainless steel and analyze its uncertainty. Due to the existence of the errors of measuring value can't be certain, on the one hand, suitable for assessing the reliability of test results; on the other hand, increasing the comparability of test results. The uncertainty degree mainly comes from the preci-sion of the instrument, standard material and uncertainty caused by the working curve calibration process. And, component of uncertainty was calculated through the mathematical model in order to calculate the confidence in the determination of con-tent of each element in stainless steel, when K=2, this range included the determination results of possible values 95%.
