京杭运河宿迁市引湖特大桥共计376片装配式预应力混凝土连续箱梁,箱梁长30 m,高1.6 m (腹板中心高度),底板宽1 m,顶板宽中梁为2.4 m、边梁为2.65 m,腹板厚25~18 cm,底板厚25~18 cm,顶板厚18 cm。梁顶板横向坡度为2%,采用多箱梁预制,简支安装,现浇连续接头的先简支后连续的结构体系。结合该桥的施工实践,对预应力砼箱梁预制时总体施工组织设计的优化、施工工艺要点等进行阐述,指导该工程的施工。

경항운하숙천시인호특대교공계376편장배식예응력혼응토련속상량,상량장30 m,고1.6 m (복판중심고도),저판관1 m,정판관중량위2.4 m、변량위2.65 m,복판후25~18 cm,저판후25~18 cm,정판후18 cm。량정판횡향파도위2%,채용다상량예제,간지안장,현요련속접두적선간지후련속적결구체계。결합해교적시공실천,대예응력동상량예제시총체시공조직설계적우화、시공공예요점등진행천술,지도해공정적시공。
Yinhu lake grand bridge of Suqian city of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal has a total of 376 pieces of prefabricated pre-stressed concrete continuous box. Length of box girder is 30 m, 1.6 m high (web center height), bottom width 1 m, width of roof centre is 2.65 m, 2.4 m, side beam web thickness 25~18 cm, base plate thickness 25~18 cm, roof 18 cm thick. Beam transverse slope roof is 2%, which are used structure of the system of prefabricated box girder, simply supported installation, cast-in-place continuous joint after simply supported continuous. In this paper, based on the practical construction of the bridge, the author expounded the pre-stressed optimization and main points of construction technology of general construction organization design of pre-stressed box beam prefabrication.
