在对高能硝胺发射药物料特性及其双螺杆挤出成型工艺火灾危险性分析的基础上,利用道化学火灾爆炸危险指数评价法对高能硝胺发射药的造粒过程进行了火灾爆炸危险评价。通过对物质系数、工艺单元危险系数、单元火灾、爆炸危险指数、安全措施补偿系数等环节的研讨,明确了高能硝胺发射药生产流程的火灾爆炸危险性等级,预测分析了其对应的事故严重程度,建议加强检查力度,严格杜绝各种点火源的存在,并从消防设施方面采取必要的安全措施,为有效避免危险事故的发生提供了理论指导。

Based on analyzing the material properties of high-energy nitramine launching drug and fire risk of twin-screw ex-trusion process the and using the method of Dow chemical fire explosion hazard index evaluation, the paper was evaluated process of prilling of high-energy nitramine propellant. Through discussion of the coefficient of material, units’ fire, fire and explosion danger index and safety measures of compensation coefficient, the paper has been cleared risk level of production process of the high-energy nitramine propellant of fire explosion, and forecasted corresponding accident severity. Finally, the paper was put forward suggestions to strengthen inspections, strictly put an end to the existence of various ignition source and take the necessary safety measures from the aspect of fire control facilities, which provided theoretical guidance of effec-tively preventing dangerous accidents.
