机械原理作为机械学科的主干专业基础课程,在整个专业知识的学习中起着承上启下的作用,尤其对后续专业课程的学习起着重要的作用。随着中国经济的高速发展,企业对高素质人才的需求越来越高,对大学生的职业素质也提出了更高的要求,不但要求他们掌握扎实的专业知识,还要求他们能更快地适应工作岗位,因此有必要在教学过程中有针对性地培养学生的职业素质。结合实际教学经历,探讨了在机械原理教学过程中如何注重培养学生的职业素质。

As the main basic course of mechanical discipline, mechanical principles play an essential role in the learning of professional knowledge, especially for the follow-up professional courses learning. With the high speed development of Chi-nese economy, demands for high-quality talent of the enterprise are higher and higher, also put forward higher request to the professional quality of college students. Not only requires them to master solid professional knowledge, but also asked them to adapt to the requirements of the job. So, it is necessary to cultivate the students' professional quality in process of teach-ing. Based on the practical teaching experience, this paper was discussed how to attach importance to the cultivation of pro-fessional quality of students in teaching of mechanical principles.
